1. Introduction
Newport Beach Hard Money Lenders (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a lead generation service operated by Lead Skills, LLC. We are not a lender. We connect borrowers who are seeking business-purpose hard money financing with participating lenders who may be able to serve them.
Because our service relates to financial products and services, we are a financial institution under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (“GLBA”) and its implementing regulations, including the Privacy Rule and the Safeguards Rule. This Privacy Policy describes the nonpublic personal information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the rights and choices you have regarding that information.
By using this website or submitting information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

- Communication records including the content and metadata of emails, text messages, and phone calls between you and us, and records of your consent preferences.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate our lead generation service and match your inquiry to one or more participating lenders who may be able to provide financing.

4. How We Share Your Information (GLBA Disclosure)
We do not sell your nonpublic personal information. We may share the information described above with the following categories of recipients:
- Participating lenders. When you submit an inquiry, we share your information with one or more participating hard money lenders so they may evaluate your request and contact you. Each participating lender is responsible for its own privacy practices and for any credit decisions it makes.
- Service providers. We use vendors to help us operate the site and process inquiries, including hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, analytics, spam prevention, customer relationship management, and similar functions. These providers may process information on our behalf subject to contractual confidentiality and data-handling obligations.

A current list of participating lenders is available upon request. Contact us using the information below to request the list.
5. Your Right to Limit Sharing
By submitting your information through our inquiry form, you authorize us to share that information with one or more participating lenders so they may contact you about your financing inquiry. This authorization is a necessary part of delivering the service you are requesting.
You may opt out of future sharing at any time by contacting us using the information at the end of this Privacy Policy. Opting out will stop future sharing with participating lenders but will not recall information that has already been shared before we receive your request, and participating lenders who have already received your information will continue to handle it under their own privacy practices.
6. Data Security
Consistent with the GLBA Safeguards Rule, we maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of nonpublic personal information, including protections against anticipated threats or hazards and against unauthorized access or use.
